POLICY OF ETHICAL CONDUCT.

All the actions of the ICT – DEYCO group must be in accordance with the law in each and every one of the countries  we are represented. Our standards must go beyond the established legal standards. Our company expects all staff to comply with the legislation that affects our business and at all times act with honesty, impartiality and integrity. The code of ethics must be more than a set of rules. Is a statement of principles that should be a guide for the conduct of  our employees and collaborators.

  1. FULFILL IN ALL OUR ACTIONS THE LAW OF EACH COUNTRY WHERE WE WILL FIND US.

ICT-DEYCO will conduct its business with integrity, recognizing the economic, social, cultural, political and civil rights of those who are involved with the company, respecting the obligations in those countries where we operated, complying with the law wherever is found and will be guided by the general principle of international laws.

ICT-DEYCO employees will accept  the obligation to promote respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, without distinction of race, creed, color, nationality, political affiliation, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other another group.

 

  1. NOT TO CARRY OUT SECONDARY ACTIVITIES THAT ENTER IN CONFLICT WITH OUR ACTIVITY, AS THE INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE, COLLABORATE OR WORK IN COMPANIES OF OUR COMPETITION WITHOUT CONSENT OF OUR MANAGEMENT.

Employees and their family members are obliged to avoid external interests against company’s interests. These interests can lead in a conflict of loyalty with ICT-DEYCO and external interests and   became a  potential conflict of interest. Involvement in commercial activities with competitors, suppliers or customers is strictly prohibited. These interests may affect the objectivity of the employee.

Employees can not perform work or consultancies for competitors, suppliers or customers. Employees must not participate in any professional activity in their free time which competes with  ICT-DEYCO comercial activity. Employees can not do any kind of financial investments i with the companies or  compete with ICT- DEYCO.

 

  1. MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS WRITTEN OWNED BY ICT, DURING AND AFTER THE LABOR RELATIONSHIP

All workers must use  ICT-DEYCO’s resources for the profesional porposes, including time, materials, equipment and information for their personal benefit. In anay case can be use for the employee own porpuse.  Improper use without  the Managent permit may be interpreted as a theft.

All employees who receive information from the business, receive it with confidentiality  and  must keep it with confidentiality and also  avoid to share it with ICT DEYCO competitors.

This information includes customer names, suppliers, employees, manufacturing processes, equipment, designs, product or strategic development plans, financial information, and all data and documents related to the company. Persons who use any of these assets for their own benefit will be dismissed and will be subject to legal action.

  1. MAINTAIN COMMERCIAL CONDUCT WITH CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND COLLABORATORS DEVELOPED UNDER LEGALITY AND INTERNAL RULES, NOT ALLOWING TO MAINTAIN AGREEMENTS FOR FAVORATE TREATMENT. COMPLETELY PROHIBITED FOR THE CORRUPTION OR ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS OR BADGES FOR GIVING PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

All employees have the  obligation to behave ethically with our customers, suppliers, partners and society in general; they have to assume positive responsibilities in terms of quality, honesty and impartiality.

Gifts from suppliers, customers or ICT_DEYCO competitors  may be  interpreted as  a dishonest deal. All decisions should be made  impartial and fair. Neither employees nor family members of employees can request or receive favorable treatment or other benefits from a supplier, customer or competitor. The exception to this are invitations or small gifts of low value, considering the limit of € 50 (never money) or a nominal value that can be offered to others who have similar relationships with the customer, supplier or competitor . Anything beyond these indications must be communicated to the company’s Management.

ICT-DEYCO understands that our clients’ business decisions are based on our company’s ability to be competitive in the market.  Low value gifts or invitations according to the situation in commercial visits, to create an image branded;  If these gifts  make the customer feel obliged to have any special consideration with us, do noy give the gifts.

  1. PERMANENT COMMITMENT TO THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND IMAGE OF THE COMPANY

ICT-DEYCO  want to achieve its quality objectives and  maintain the reputation of our products, the integrity of our services and products is strictly necessary.  For this reason to maintain the reputation of our products we can not use defective product.

Falsify records, make false certifications and also  ilegal. For this reason falsify records intentionally  with the purpose of confusing or defrauding the company, customers or suppliers.under internal disciplinary sanctions.

 

The integrity of the business must be faithfully reflected on the  records of the company. Employees are responsible for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the accounts. Fictitious, improper, misleading, covert or unregistered data in the documents  are a serious breach of ethics and are punishable. It is the policy that all accounts and records are in accordance with the accepted accounting principles and the applicable laws and regulations; they will be audited by an external company annually.

All those responsible for the different areas of the company in any location, must ensure that all workers perform personal behavior according to the community where they are located and the company makes a positive contribution to the general interest of the community.

  1. COMMITMENT TO SAFETY AT WORK AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

ICT-DEYCO want to make sure each collaborator has the responsibility to protect the environment and health. It is mandatory that each employee accept their responsibility for compliance with laws that protect the environment and the health of people. It is necessary for those responsible to ensure strict compliance with the law in environmental aspects and internal safety regulations.

ICT-DEYCO  comply with all safety and hygiene regulations at work and equal opportunities. Employees are expected to assume their individual responsibilities in security processes, also taking all necessary precautions, avoiding any activity that may be dangerous to themselves or their colleagues and notifying their supervisors or managers of any potential security risk.

Drugs or alcohol in a work environment can create situations of risk and impact productivity. The use or possession of illegal drugs or alcohol during work hours or at the facilities of ICT-DEYCO, is strictly prohibited and is the cause of disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

 

  1. COMMITMENT TO INFORM OF SITUATIONS THAT IMPLIQUE THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE PREVIOUS RULES.

Employees are expected to consult any doubt or ethical concern and report any suspicious behavior to their bosses. Honesty requires employees to avoid participating actively or passively in any ethical breach or concealment.

All employees must participate actively in any  investigation  carried out because of ethical breaches.
